Full Description: Due to the massive popularity of this block we have acquired a further condo here to let. All our guests that have rented in this block have commented on the great facilities available, super service offered by staff taking care of them and quality of the accomodation. Many guests will return next year. Now you too can enjoy this by reserving one of our units for your stay in Hua Hin. One guest said "like a hotel but much much cheaper".
Set in a prominent position back from the main highway and being just four kilometres outside of Hua Hin (north) we are delighted to offer for rent this one bedroomed condo. The property is situated on the 3rd floor (elevator service) and is fully furnished with full air conditioning. The condo has a seperate living room/kitchenette and elevated bedroom, plus a bathroom with hot water shower and bath tub and it is quite big enough for a couple to use as a holiday home or for single ocupation for a longer term. The condo has one bedroom, a living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom and balcony(terrace). This block is seven storeys high and is not on the beach but it is under a 100m walk to a lovely quiet beach. Its also just a short hop into town. All the condos in this block have balconies. There is a shuttle bus service to town which operates at nominal cost right through high season. This one has a sea view from the terrace.
The block offers residents full 24/7 security. There is a fitness room, very large free form swimming pool which is centrally located with a water slide and kiddies pool play area. Plenty of room around the pool to laze on a lounger. There are two restaurants, one inside and one outside, a shop, plenty of covered parking and large air conditioned lobby area with ample seating and internat facilities. The property has cable/satellite tv and is serviced. All bedding is there, just bring your suitcase and towels. This is our own unit so it is maintained to a high standard by us.
