Full Description: The house is 900 meters from probably one the nicest beaches in Eastern Thailand. It is about 15 km to downtown Rayong and 20 km to Big C and Makro. To the east about 5 km is Ban Phe and access to Koh Samet Island.
The house is located on a small paved street with a mix of Thai homes with several Europeans already living there. Many other homes are already planned or under construction.
the oustside area is grassed and has a small area for a vegetable garden.
Structure
First floor – one large bedroom, full kitchen, large open area for eating and relaxing, a bathroom, storage area under the stairs and parking area.
A spiral staircase with wide stairs [tiled and with a stainless steel banister] leads to the second floor – 3 bedrooms, 1 master bathroom, 1 bathroom [both upstairs bathrooms have hot water shower], living room, upstairs kitchen [not complete as could be used for other purposes] and an open area for sitting or dining.
At the top of the stairs there is a porch with room for chairs to enjoy the beautiful view.
The house design allows space for visitors or family to have room and keeps privacy in the upstairs area.
The house is completely fenced with a stone wall on one side and cement block walls on the remaining three sides forming a base. On top of the walls there is a fence that is open to allow the breezes through and leave the view to the valley and mountain unobstructed.
There is a very large mango tree in front provides lovely shade all day.
There are stainless steel eaves trough, a grounded wiring system [helps reduce those nasty little shocks and protects appliances], and the house is wired for telephones in most rooms and for cable TV [UBC Satellite] both services are already installed.
There are 2 - 1800 liter water tanks [local piped water is expected to arrive shortly].
Curtains in all rooms except kitchens are included.
The house was finished construction in September 2005 and has since been lived in by the owners.
